Revenge! Iowa drops Ambush, Risers rise to .500, Spice City still rolling
TAMPA, Florida -- The Iowa Demon Hawks are on a new winning streak.
It may only be two, at the moment, wins in a row, but the Des Moines team got revenge on the team that stopped their previous 21-game win streak earlier in February with a 10-3 win at St. Louis this past weekend.
Not only did the revenge factor come into play, it solidly puts the Demon Hawks on top of the North Division heading into the final month of the regular season. Other weekend winners: the Muskegon Risers, San Diego Sockers 2, Spice City FC and the OKC Certified Lions.
