Bonus ball! Bombers and Runners need OT, shootout to win Week 8 thrillers

Major Arena Soccer League 2 teams offered up a pair of "instant classics" Sunday, with the Amarillo Bombers picking up a key win over Wichita and and New Mexico needing a shootout to tamp down the Kansas Bandits.

The Wings had won Saturday night, so Amarillo's victory on Sunday kept the Midwest Division up for grabs still, even though it was Wichita's first loss in seven starts. New Mexico excited their Albuquerque fans by going a full overtime and into a shootout before breaking into the win column for the first time this season.

Also, the Rochester Lancers -- who have their home opener this Friday against Atletico Orlando -- stayed pefrect in three starts with a win at Utica. For a recap of all the spine-tingling action, CLICK HERE!
